We offer many different classes, many that incorporate edible plants with annuals and periennials. We also offer landscaping, traditional vegetable gardens and professional design and planning services that can make the most of your green space. We highly encourage fruit trees and bushes, herbs, ornamental grasses and vegetables as part of garden design. Our goal is to hand down our knowledge and caring for plants.
Our Vision
Now we are bringing victory gardens back; but just smaller versions, although with the same positive results they were so popular before. Family fun, friends reconnecting, great source for cooking, natural air cleaners, and both beautiful and aeromatic. Its a great date night, activity for child or grandchild, or group of friends or fun for the office. Book your victory garden event or attend one near your community!

If you know something about Victory Gardens, then you know they started during World War II when there was food rationing and the Government encouraged its citizens to grow their own food so resources would be available for the troops. So almost 20 million Americans, in the name of patriotism, grew large and small gardens, anywhere they could, to do their part for the war effort. Neighbors began interacting more with each other, sharing seeds, coordinating coops, helping each other with watering and harvesting. Canning to save commercial food again, for the troops, became popular as magazines and newspapers printed articles on effective techniques and recipes. Stores began selling pressure cookers, and churches and women's groups formed support networks. As a result communities ate better, were active and children grew up knowing about plants and gardening as a social part of their community.
